ADMISSION GUIDELINES

BACHELORS PROGRAM in architecture (5 yrs fulltime):-

The JNIAS School of Planning and Architecture offers a graduate Programme in Architecture. The program includes relevant courses in the concepts, process, technical details and design practice, as well as electives in areas of student interest. The course work is to help the student understand finer aspects of Architecture which are very much integral to designing, planning and scheduling of buildings. The course work aims to impart quality education through effective communication skills and making the students conscious of built form in the contemporary scenario.

Eligibility: Students should qualify in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by Council of Architecture (COA)) with 10+2 (MPC stream) with minimum of 50% marks or 10+3 (Diploma in Architecture) with minimum of 50% marks for admission into Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Programme.

P.G Programme: (2 Years Fulltime) M. Arch/M.Tech (Construction Management)

Eligibility:  B.Arch or B.Tech (Civil) with min, 50% marks and qualified in PGECET of Telangana State and GATE.
